Many of Adria's artifacts need a buff. They're simply not up to par.
The Wavecrest Bullwark, her most common Rare artifact, is fine. It's actually pretty good.
The Stormguard Defender, her first SR artifact, is also fine.
The Enforcer of the Tides artifact is absolute garbage.
It causes the person to her left, and right (only two units) to strike for bonus True Damage equal to 5% of their defense once every 5 seconds. At max level, this bonus is increased to 12%.
So, at max level, units which are in the front line with her and likely aren't meant to deal damage in the first place, are now dealing 12% of their defense, as damage to one target, every 5 seconds. That is barely any damage dealt at all, even if it does ignore defenses.
This needs a drastic buff. I'm suggesting increasing it to:
10% True Damage at level 1, up to 25% True Damage at level 5, dealt as counterattack damage to all attackers (on every attack, instead of every 5 seconds).
Her Stormguard Protector artifact also needs a buff. The only difference between this SSR artifact, and her SR Stormguard Defender, is that it also affects the unit behind her. That doesn't help much, considering that as long as she's alive, the unit that started behind her isn't likely to be taking much damage in the first place, so healing it isn't doing a whole lot of good. I would suggest changing the item, adding Adria as a direct target. The new targets of the artifact's ability would be Adria, the unit that started behind her, and the units that started adjacent to her left and right.
Her Commander of the Tides artifact needs a buff as well. As discussed previously, 5-12% true damage is a mediocre amount of damage, and it's definitely not befitting of a SSR item. Additionally, in order to remove the repetitiveness of her artifacts just being duplicates of each other, I'd like to see it changed to be an improved version of my previously suggested Enforcer of the Tides: Dealing 10% of defense as true damage as counterattacks to all attackers, up to 25% at level 5, with this buff applying to Adria, the unit that started behind her, and the units that started adjacent to her left and right.
While we're talking about Adria: Her ability could also use a buff. Nothing major; it's just that while most tank heroes are continuing to attack while their ability is active (meaning that they can benefit from Encaria's heal), and often gain health shields that completely block damage, Adria simply gains bonus defense while her ability is active, cannot attack which means no stealing life, and only benefits for 5 seconds. I think adding a 1% health restored per second for the 5 seconds that the ability is active, which does not increase with ability level, would be the slight improvement her ability needs, while still keeping her in line with SR heroes, and not making her too effective.
