Eribor's ability level ups are weak
I think that compared to other SRs, Eribor's ability levels up very poorly. I'll compare to the other starting heroes to show what I mean. Note that I don't think his ability is weak overall, just that levels don't add as much as they do for other heroes.
Starting ability
Eribor
For 4 secs, every 2 secs stuns opponents and grants shield at 10% of max health.
Aylin
Deal 150% damage to target and 2 nearest enemies
Encaria
Heals all allies 5% of her max health. Most wounded ally heals 8% of their max health per attack for 5 secs.
Level up
Eribor
The health shield gains 1 percentage point per level. Level 7 gives 16% shield.
Aylin
Damage increases 40 percentage points per level. Level 7 gives 390% damage.
Encaria
Immediate heal increases by 1.25 percentage points and per attack heal (most wounded ally) increases by 2 percentage points per level. Level 7 gives 12.5% heal and 20% per attack heal.
Comparison of level 1 to level 7
Eribor
Stun stays the same. Shield is 60% more powerful than it was (e.g. if his max health is 10k shield increases from 1k to 1.6k)
Aylin
Damage is 160% more powerful than it was (e.g. if her attack power is 1k the damage increases from 1.5k to 3.9k)
Encara
Both heals are 150% more powerful than before and per hit heal (e.g. if both Encara and the most wounded ally have 10k max health the immediate heal increases from 500 to 1.25k and the per hit heal from 800 to 2k)
Summary
Encara's ability is in 2 parts. Both increase in power by 150% from level 1 to 7.
Aylin's ability increases in power by 160% from level 1 to 7.
Eribor's ability is in 2 parts (stun and shield). The stun doesn't improve at all and the shield improves by 60% from level 1 to 7.

The new ability increases more proportionally over time without getting too overpowered. The original ability started off quite powerful, and because of that it didn't increase much with time. The new ability transitions more smoothly and ends up slightly better.
