Excess Alliance Tokens Rewards

It would be neat if alliance tokens in excess of the 100,000 required for the maximum reward went towards additional rewards for everyone in the alliance.

Direct translation to gold, along with 1 Heroic Token for every 1,000 Alliance Heroic Tokens would be appropriate. Players could also perhaps receive a reward for their personal contribution, such as 1 Heroic Token for every 100 Tokens contributed, and 10 Gold for every Token contributed. It would be a very minor reward, but it would make people feel like their extra efforts still count.

For example, if an alliance managed to score 150,000 Heroic Tokens in a 2-week period, and a member contributed 5,000 of those Tokens, that member would receive an additional 100 Tokens and 100,000 Gold, which is not a lot for a 2-week period, but would be a welcome bonus. It could be received via mail in the form of a message.
