Health of Alliance Campaign Bosses
In our alliance, one or two players alone have always been able to kill the first two Campaign Bosses i.e. Earth and Air resulting in other members, who have donated marks towards unlocking the campaigns, not receiving any rewards.
Leaving aside how the whole Alliance Campaigns work, would increasing the bosses health be a simple, desirable, and fast solution to the problem? I don't know how the health should be calculated for each alliance, tough.

The health goes up the faster you defeat the boss. If you defeat it as quickly as possible, with fewer hits, a few times in a row, the health will increase each time until it catches up with what your alliance can dish out. If you've been letting the bosses survive close to the end of the timer each time, waiting for smaller less active players to hit it, then its health has been dropping instead of increasing.
